What I mean is, the Jems (the ones I've seen) have plastics covers, so do the J-customs (for example those nice fake tortoise shell)...so what guitars come with anodized aluminum cavity covers?

If you thought aluminum was a poor conductor, try anodized aluminum

In order for the cavity to be properly shielded you need a full Faraday's cage, IE the full cavity walls should be metallized (or a mesh of sufficiently small holes) AND interconnected.

RG7CT's are the only guitars with faux-tortoise covers, and they're Prestige.

All the plastic covers are metalized on the inside if you've never taken one off.

Interesting, I thought the CST and Art had it as well...it has been a long time since I last saw one...my bad.

I know, but what guitars have anodized aluminum that you were referring to?

For the most part, higher end Prestige and probably JC's. Not like I take mental notes on what specific models do or don't.
