Show us your J-Custom!

Hey... I have searched for this topic and I haven't found it!

I suppose it would be a great idea if we showed the world our beloved J-Customs!
(Why not leave this topic as "sticky"?)

To start off, here's mine:

(crappy pic, I shall shoot some new photos tonight)

It's a J-Custom RG Paint 4. Hand painted by a guy whose name I couldn't figure out yet. Only 29 were built. You are looking at #5/29.
It's a 2000 (?) model (s/n F993xxxx).

Ok... so it was under my nose...

Gorgeus guitars!

I've been waiting for Ibanez to release a H-H (passive pups) config 6-string J-Custom with flamed or quilt maple top. They did have a spalted maple model but I didn't like the looks of it because I prefer quilt or flametops. They still have a H-H EMG equipped model but it's the EMGs that ruin it for me. Hopefully they'll come up with a model with the specs I listed in very near future.

in fact of the five currently available JCustoms, three have EMG pickups:
RG8470F - HSH passive, vine, flametop
RG8420FE - HH EMG, vine, flametop
RG8427F - HH passive, 7string, vine, flametop
RG8320 - HH EMG, dots, biker black
RG8327 - HH EMG, 7string, dots, biker black

http://www.ibanez.co.jp/japan/produc...e/frame_j.html

then there is the RG Extreme range, all three EMG, and the RG 8string also comes with EMGs.
