Beautiful. Please explain the thought or inspiration behind the inlay. It's very cool!

Re: The Custom in Pictures

The body is 1" thicker than usual?

How much does that thing weigh?

Hehe, I already said that, but I'll say it again: Nice!!

Btw, you didn't want to get your name inlaid on the headstock?

Re: The Custom in Pictures

Nice!!! The only thing I would have done different is a non-reversed headstock.

Re: The Custom in Pictures

It looks like it has a tilt-back headstock, in which case you wouldn't need a retainer.

They could at least cut you a TRC to reflect that, though.

Titlt back doesn't matter, you'd have to have an insanely huge angle to get the strings to sit on the surface of the nut correctly without a retainer.

The inlay is the sigil for Pazuzu, the lord of all fevers and plagues, from the Necronomicon. Suitably evil I thought!

As for the name, I didnt really want it on the fretboard or on the headstock, never really liked that. I did have a model number, but am not too fussed about it not being there.

As for the thickness I made an error I am going to correct, it's actually 1cm thicker instead of 1" but it does still add quite a bit of weight to it, but I dont really notice, will have to gig it to see what the effects are, but I do like the weight, has a nice feel to it
