To RG7420 or NOT To RG7420

The chance for me to buy an RG7420 has arisen, it's a pretty good price and it's in good condition. The thing I'm wondering is with the Lo TRS7 Trem on this guitar, are they really as bad as some would lead one to believe?

I'm after a 2nd 7 string as back up for my RG7620, and to possibly swirl and this looks like a good option. Ideally I would have liked a 7621 or 7421 because I would prefer a hard tail, but I figure I could always block the trem.

Also I know it has the lesser quality pickups, but that's ok because I could swap them with the originals out of the 7620.

Basically any advice or opinions on the guitar would be appreciated, I have a couple of days to decide on what I will do.
