Look in the SF bay area craigslist (posted 12/13). I came across it yesterday.

I have never seen the model before, white with gold binding s (dont know model number). Anyways...I just can't bring myself to spend that much on a guitar anymore but it is very tempting.

Sounds like a 1997 3040pl .Nice guitar.I had the stained version.A little glittery for my taste, but top notch craftsmenship.
