Urgent Case Help


My guitar just got to the Ishibashi main store, however, one of the latches on the case is broken. I said they have to fix or give some compensation like a lot free strings. If they don't repair it, where can I get a new latch for the case?

Do you have another case you can use while they get you a new one?

They wont get me a new one. They said they don't have another case to use.

Which guitar/case is it ? Link to pic didn't work for me. Is it brand new ? If so I'd tell 'em to stuff it where the (rising) sun doesn't shine !!!! They could get another case if they wanted to, they obviously don't want to !!!

Sorry to hear about your case. I had such a regretful experience with ishibashi, amazed, they wouldn't do the honorable thing and honor there prices on the original purchase dates. Now they won't even do you right. What's up with that place?
Anyway, you may check with Rich and see if he's got something lying around, or go to a google search, ****, wildwestguitars, guitar trader, a guitar center, if anything else comes to mind or I hear of something I'll post it to ya, good luck...

Okay, I got them to order another case. Apparantly, they didn't have another case at the store, so they need to order one form another shop, adding 5 more days until they ship my guitar.

What pisses me off is that whatever sub store had the guitar sent it to the main one knowing the case was broken. If they had simply told the guys I've been dealing with, zmy guitar would be here 5 days sooner. So, the wait contiunues...

Well, I guess on a positive note, is that at least there doing the honorable thing and sending you a replacement, glad to here it's getting taken care of.
