and I'm still in love with it. Plays, looks,feels and sounds great. Lots of sustain, low action and very light weight. Best of all it's my cheapest guitar!!!
Ibanez has really impressed me with this one. The only change I made was I put a DiMarzio EVO2 in the bridge. This guitar is a dream to play and practice on. I highly recommend this axe.

It's the standard, unwritten rule of the forum. You must post pics, or we will browbeat you until you do.

Very nice!
BTW, what are the differences worth mentioning between a 2570 and a 1570? Are they essentially the same except for the pickups? (and
sharktooth inlays
)

Yup, you got that one right. Playability wise, Ibanez is the best imho. I now find it difficult to look at other guitars.
By the way, nice guitar you got there.

The Mk IV is a great amp but I sold it for a new
Marshall JVM
which I love.
Here's some more pics of some stuff I have/had. Not everything though.

Yeah, and binding. Very similar guitar, otherwise.

The pickups are marked dimarzio on the 2570.
The 1570 is stocked with V7, S1 and V8 pickups.

The IBZ DiMarzio's are real DiMarzios. Which models I'm not sure but I think the neck is basically a Super 2.

I would like to try a Norton to at some point but the Evo 2 is real nice. Clear and strong.
