Where can I buy an RG3120 neck....?

Is there a website or company who sells Ibanez replacement parts (namely necks) or a website who will BUILD a replacement neck? One of my guitars has a slight hump and it's bothering me, so I'd like to replace it.

I would take it off your hands, but.... the 1570 doesn't have off center dots like the 3120. Thanks for your offer, though.
