Wow, thousand thanks, man!
Very, very nice of you to take the time to listen it out.
That sort of words means more then any endorsement deal in the world.

Endorsements are great and a massive honour, sort of like a confirmation of having achieved something good (and from someone ells then mom). But it is normally very far from what people think it is.

You guys have no idea. Please dont talk about things you know nothing about.

For the second time-no more anti Dragonforce posting.
I'll certainly echo the anti-flaming stance, but I think that everyone has to realise that the image of any band that comes across on TV or in the media is something that any individual can know about regardless of how well you know someone in person.

Sam drinking, what appears to be a beer, in a video probably doesn't give the band the most serious of images.

Re: Who here is endorsed?

I'm not really into all the shred and speed stuff (at least not anymore), but Herman does have the tools to deliver the goods. I reckon a couple of those guys who had attended Jemfest UK ( or those who have being here long enough) can vouch for him.

Whether it is etiquette to drink on shows, who cares? It is bloody Rock & Roll (Metal), not Jazz or Pop! And who on earth goes to a metal/rock concert counting how many notes the guitarist misses?

"Playing" or listening to music is an enjoyment, not a chore...

My two cents

Just for the record - It wasn't my intention to 'flame' Herman. I think the guy is obviously very good. I just meant to say that the party-image or whatever you want to call it might lead people to think he's more of a clown and less of a serious guitarist. Especially if it affects a live show. My statement was more a theory on drunken guitarists in general, not a direct slam to Herman - he just happened to be the example at hand.

out...

I agree.... no "flaming" intended. A performers behavior and crowd perception is something that would affect any band whether it's at the local bar or someone with international recognition. Again, no one wants to pay to see a sub-par or inconsistent performance because a musician is impaired if that's the case. As stated above by others, if a band "portrays" themselves as partying before or while playing, they must live or die by that choice. That's just my opinion and I would hope I can continue to express it without worrying about retribution. As far as Herman is concerned..... anyone in the public spotlight is going to have fans and others who dislike them, something that goes with the territory. We have seen many players "flamed" on this site both pro and amateur. I would hope that stating ones opinion whether pro or con, doesn't become something considered a "problem" when done tactfully.

Do your really mean that all the guitars under you Ibanez page on your web page are yours or do you mean that all the ones under weapons are yours?
