..Joe guitar straps...

Hi there is a long time that I don't walk this rooms.. so I before all I want to wish everyone of you an AMAZING 2006..
Maybe you all read it on the Joe's official site, but.. Planet Waves now produce the "perfect" strap for the JS...

"JS NAMM Appearance, Performance and Web-Cast!"

Joe and Planet Waves will officially launch a line of new
straps ( http://www.planetwaves.com/pgeardetails.aspx?ID=1)
and picks (http://www.planetwaves.com/pgeardetails.aspx?ID=3)
at the Anaheim NAMM show at a private concert event during the show. The great news is, the concert will be webcast for Joe's fans here at Satriani.com in early February! Stay tuned to the site for more details.

Joe will also appear at the Planet Waves/D'Addario booth #4834 in Hall C of the Anaheim NAMM show on Saturday, January 21 at 1:30 PM.

Hmmm I thought Joe strictly was using Dimarzio straps?

..I don't know if he'll change it (I think he'll do) since ..yesterday.. he used DiMarzio Straplock, the chromed ones and the "Galaxy beaded" one (...or a custom one based on it)

I've only seen him with D' Addario and EB straps. I didn't know he was using Planet Waves - cool.

Re: ..Joe guitar straps...

He wasn't using PW straps until very recently. During the summer, there was an announcement that he would be working with D'Addario to produce a line of accessories. The straps and picks are the beginning of that partnership.

Not anymore, I guess.

I've always used Dimarzio straps with my Jem... they are cheap and I can get them long and they work great.

You know, I've been trying to think of a sweet strap for my Jem...Maybe one of these would work...I sure like leather though.
