Added a 2nd JS to my gear
I bought a JS1200ca last year and absolutely love the guitar. My best friend (and former guitar teacher) decided to let his JS1000bp go so I offered to buy it. He let me take it for a few days to make sure I liked it and after playing it I told him I'd take it. I almost believe it plays a little better than my JS1200 but it could be the strings or action difference (he had 10's on the 1000 and I have 9's).

I think it is the difference the strings make you're noticing. Nice guitars, too.

Re: Added a 2nd JS to my gear
We've got a gig tonight so I'll be playing it instead of the JS1200. I might switch between sets just to change things up
Of course if I break a string it'll be nice to have my backup guitar being near identical in feel/tone.

Get rid of those stupid cliplocks and get a real strap. Besides that, you've got 2 nice axes.

I love the cliplock straps. I have them on my Ernie Ball Axis Supersport as well.....
