reading this page: http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip...29/index1.html

i wondered if there was any difference between JS- and JS Shaping Neck?

You'd have to give specific link to the page in question, but, there have only been 3 versions of the JS neck. The JS1 90'-91', the JS1 92'-93', and the JS1000 98' to present.

Considering they have the 10th fretboard as ebony.....

The only difference is fretboard wood, inlays, and headstock overlay. The neck shape is the same.

I've been meaning to say this, I have a '95 JS100, and the neck(250mmr?) feels much thicker than my JS2000. I tested a NEW JS100 and the neck felt thinner like the JS2000. My question, when did they change this radius? Are there older 1000/1's that have a radius like my '95 JS100? Or was the radius specific only to the older 100's? Hope this is clear...

Yes, the earlier (pre-'9 JS1000s had non-multiradius necks. I think this was like the later JS1.
