Re: Funky JS2000 Transformed?

would that body even hold up to string tension?? it seems that little connecting piece would not be very strong, due to it's location and size.. i dunno. i think it's nasty.. that headstock is terrible, jsut cause of the random tuner placement

That is why it said this guitar is for collecters.... I don't think it's playable but it's sure is collectable

Re: Funky JS2000 Transformed?

That was a JS100 not a 2000 (if a JS at all). Axis pickups (though they aren't what's in it now), the wrong fixed bridge, fretboard inlay (of some sort, can't read it). They must have filled in the trem cavity.

Interesting idea. Maybe if the thin part were reinforced with steel or something, it might be playable. Don't know about the sound though. It's cut in too close behind the trem, and the neck joint looks funny. Must be really neck heavy.
