Hey Rich, how many JS series do you sell in a year?

Approximately, if you don't mind me asking. Just trying to settle an argument. The other guy is saying that JS guitars don't hold their value and that they aren't a hot selling item. He is also saying the JS 1000 and 1200's are just 80's Super Strats with a floyd and pointy headstock designed in the mid to late 80's for a "guitar hero dude".

i reckon 1 or 2, the rest he keeps :P seriously, they hold their price well in the uk, as for SuperStrats, well, arguably all guitars other than Strats and LP are Super Strats if they are double cut-a-way ?

I'd say you win on the "other Guy" being a little bit silly

Last year was 28, at least 2 of those were used, but I think that was it for used. Rest were new.

Re: Hey Rich, how many JS series do you sell in a year?

Rich, how do those 28 compare to JEMs ? I was always wondering if the much higher pricetag on JEMs (which in my opinion is not really justified when just comparing quality between JS and JEM) is affecting the number a seller would sell, ie more JS than JEM. Or does the JEM have a "sexy" enough bonus to make up for the difference in pricetag ?

Cheers, btw !

New only I assume

20 for the first 3 1/4's, then JEM sales died. 3 the 4th 1/4. I think I've sold 2 so far this year. And yes, of course that only happens when you're overstocked as I am.

Re: Hey Rich, how many JS series do you sell in a year?

that doesn't surprise me tbh, i think the JS has a wider general appeal, ofc 90% will disagree but were on JEMsite not JSsite. i'd still take a JS90th over nearly any other model, except an RG7VV or CT or Jem10th or ............. (you get the pic)

i doubt i would ever buy either new, purely for the fact i'd never play it in case it got dinged.

Oh, and Hey Rich, hope all is well

Man that blows hard (like a czech wh...) it's weird, since the crunch i've been better off, after years of selling off the **** i wanted to keep, i might actually be in a position of buying some of it back in a few months of hard saving, i'm still drooling over a RG7VV

You'll be uber surprised to hear i still have the AM it might need a refret soon tho.

Here's hoping **** picks up for ya bro

Sweet, i'll have it if it comes with a free JS90th (or rainforest) tbh the 1200 is the only model i wouldn't buy, just doesnt appeal to me.

You're in luck, my friend. Not only does it come with a mint condition JS 90th, it also comes with a Dumble, a 10 lb bag of diamonds, and 20 virgins...

In the U.S. we strap a guitar on to get virgins. Man other countries have it all wrong.
