How do you polish your JS10th

I've used Dunlop 65 Bodygloss (cream of carnauba) several times already and it looks brand new. I want to know if it's OK or not. And how do you treat yours?

Like a piece of plastic covered in a thin film of Chrome!

I used a lens cloth to wipe off smudges, but I doubt this would be much good for sweat or beer.

Sunglass lens cloth with either a bit of water or good ol' spit. Nothin' like it!
