how to change JS1000 to special or 900 wiring

i want to remove the coil tap from my js1000. change it to special or 900 wiring,how to do that?

You can just not use the coil tap. Does it make a difference if its wired like that but you never engage it? Maybe it does and I don't know

and i think that the wiring would as simple as possible in order to enhance the quality of the sound? YoY...

because i've read that mike manning remove the coil-tap from joe's guitars. so, it's that helpful?

It may make a difference, probably no more than if you just made sure the connections were properly souldered...seems like a lot of hassle to me for very little gain but if you're feeling up for it, let us know how it works out. Make sure to record before and after
