I guess it'd go nicely with your 10th...

The new XJ, minus paint...

Well actually it is painted. A layer of finish to keep it from oxidizing. That's how they made those HKs in Terminator too.

Cool! Where can I get one?

Actually, that can't be street legal, can it? The glare coming off that thing could be dangerous...to the other drivers.

I was thinking of buying a Ducati and having it chrome plated/ polished, whichever would work.

I had a buddy that had a 78 Camero that he painted a finely granulated
silver. It practically was chrome, and yes, he was pulled over MANY times.
I don't recall what the exact wording was, but it was something to the
effect of "distracting and blinding other drivers"

Nice.

As far as I know AC Cobra has either a carbon fibre body or hand crafted aluminium body and if you opted for the latter, paint is optional extra.
There was a car they had on display at the London Motor Show that was very shiny and they were selling it as it was, so I guess there is no law against it.
