And thank frigging god for a matching headstock. I never thought that was too much to ask for but apparantly
Ibanez
frequently disagrees.

Not trying to kick the wasps nest again, but the above photo is probably not a "real photo". Hold out until we have some actual photos from NAMM before passing judgement.

Re: Ibanez JS2410
I think the acceptable level of orange on this guitar would be Candy Apple Red. Or the Experience Hendrix Light Blue.

Re: Ibanez JS2410
Chrome hardware and a chrome logo would've looked a hell of a lot better on that guitar IMO.

Re: Ibanez JS2410
I'm waiting for a Blue one (like 1000TB) or a natural finish.

Re: Ibanez JS2410
Speaking of a new blue JS model, the babyblue JS with three singlecoil-sized humbuckers is pretty sweet, too. Nevertheless, I doubt that this model will make it into regular production. The pus are too different compared to what Satch usually plays.

I'd rock sunkist orange. If JP can have Tangerine Pearl, JS can have Muscle Car Orange

Re: Ibanez JS2410
I have the JS2400 (I don't play it since having custom guitars built), and it used to be my go-to guitar. How is this newest model different? Color?

Re: Ibanez JS2410
Thanks. Curious about the alder body... my one complaint of the basswood is that the low notes were a bit soft/muddy (not a lot, but not as clear as I like 'em.)

Yeah, should sound a lot more Strat-like now.

Maybe not this year, but you might see a JS with that setup considering Joe has a new Dimarzio pickup that is a spinoff of the Pro Track that's on the JS2400.

Re: Ibanez JS2410
On the facebook page there is a nice picture of the new JS2410. And it's really orange.

EDIT
Lets see if this works.

Re: Ibanez JS2410
It really reminds me of the Desert Gold JP finish, is it the lighting or does it seem to flip flop between orange and yellow to anyone else?
