Im putting Evo's in my JS
yes, the title says it all.
I orderd the bridge Evo in black/blue and the
neck Evo
in all blue *no one had a black/blue, so i will improvise*
The colors may seem weird but I play on having the headstock painted white with a blue/black logo and some sort of blue inlay *Yes Jeremy I am still going to do it*.
Anyway, I decided to go with Evo's, I thought of various Duncans and other Dim's but Evo's won. I will have them and installed by the end of the month, so check back for pics.

That sounds like it will be sweet! I am assuming you are starting with a JS1000WH? Can't wait to see those pics

Yes, Im starting with a WH. My origional plan was to do black/blue for the bridge and black/violet for the neck but again, the only blue or purple they had was the whole pickup. So I drew up a quick scheme in Microsoft Photo Editor, and I liked them in blue best.
I had also conciderd red for the
neck pickup
, And then continue with my american flag Idea I dreamed up a while ago. Oh well though, less is more right?

So i wanna hear about what you think of the JS after putting in the EVOs. I'm thinking about putting in higher output pups myself!
Let us know! It'll be cool to know how you're likin' them.

MF has still not shipped my pickups. I am going to talk to them one more time, if I still get no response I am going to call them and if still no action is taken I will make them cancel the order and I will just get a black one.
I’m getting inpatient. Its been nearly 4 months
