Does it need to be said again?

The artist has 100% control over their signature models.

I am aware of this, however Ibanez could make a few prototypes and show them to Joe... I know that wheter it goes on sale or not is up to joe however Ibanez could accelerate the process easily - or at least start it

At this point, Joe probably just asks for something and they make it.

They made red JS's back in the 90's...Inferno Red

Curved headstock? Do you mean the tilted headstock? Joe prefers the straight headstock and the old neck joint...so no budging there

Joe+Ibanez guys will certainly do something. Can't believe they just suddenly reduced JS color mainly (as it depends on the countries) to BP whithout having an idea behing that.

I remember reading somewhere that Joe says he has some new things coming out next year (in an interview earlier this year) that he 'Can't talk about at present'...whether or not this will result in anything will have to be seen...

What exactly is the advantage of having a straight headstock? The angled one feels exactly the same when you're playing the guitar. That said, what is the point of an angled headstock?

Was thinking of something to dream of : chrome (or gold) JS Body with a (gold) chrome fingerboard (likely not incurr any inch ) and (gold) chrome headstock as anniversary model.

Yeah that seems to be the next possible option with that green js of the G3.

I don't know if anyone else has seen the Ibanez ad in the latest GW magazine...Joe, Steve, Paul and Andy Timmons are in the ad and it states something to the effect of: what do these four guitarists have in common, they will each have new signature models introduced in January of 2004...I'll have to ask Joe about this.

Let's all remember that it's WAY too early for info on next years models. Not because the info isn't out there and some know, but because it's not something the PUBLIC needs or should know at this time. When information leaks too early [***cough***4 months***cough***] it's extremely anti climactical [VSBL anyone?]

Can someone post a scan of that ad? I'm certainly not buying GW for ONE page
