JS 2000 sweet deal?

I just found a JS2000 for $870.00 buy it now. Is this just a sweet deal or is the value of this model dropping?

I had two of them, one of which I sold for $1300 and felt like I was getting robbed. I was thinking of selling the one I still have so I can get a BTB, but if all I can get is $800 then forget it.

Its not the most popular of the JS line.. So im sure value is diminishing.

Value is in the eye/wallet of the beholder. Put it up for $1300 if it sells it sells if it doesnt no harm no foul.

The problem was that the color doesn't photograph very well. In real life the champagne looks really nice.

I like that bridge also, because you can switch from a floyd to a fixed wothout adjusting your playing. I am surprised though, that Ibanez put it on a JS series guitar. For me it is great but most guys who buy a Satch want a trem.

ibanez put that bridge on there cause that's what joe wanted. since it apparently is the most popular mod for floating trems, it made sense to come up with a bridge that resembled the edge, but just fixed.

i personally prefer the standard gotoh hardtail that they used on the js6. that feels more comfortable to me and is much less hassle, but to each his own...

So now I just saw a JS-6 with this as a serial number: #J 002176 That doesn't sound right to me. Someone has bid on it. I hope they are not getting screwed.
