JS 90th - Just arrived

Well, I´ve kept it quite, but know I can speak up

I have bought Chris´s JS90....and I´m happy

First of all, *pics dont do it much justice. She´s one beautiful guitar.
Its great when you look down to it, and where it was green...its now purple... Or as it lies on the bed...Uy! its blue....
The edge has a nice feel, as I had never tried one before. I seemed to think that lo-pro was better, but although different, this one has a very unique feel to it.

Compared to the Jem7Vwh the neck feels very different, more stratish, but I´ll get used to it..I´m sure.

So far I cant say much more about "her", but I´ll keep you all posted on this "affaire".

Just one drawback. What where these ppl at Ibanez/Dimarzio thinking, when they came up with the chrome finish for the pickups??? Not a good idea. *
I might consider changing them. Black should suit perfectly.

Ah! tecnical question! *When you hear " the sting height should be "so and so" (measure in inches)"....... How do you measure that? *Probably silly question

Well GAS is being taken care of fine  ,but next on the list is, of course, the Jem10th, and maybe a Parker...I´ll just enjoy while I can..( you never know when youre gonna find a woman that puts an end to your GAS

Julio

Thanks Chris
Thanks Rich
(and everyone else that has helped )

Congratulations! It's an awesome axe.

I agree with you about the chrome pick up covers, they look great but show every flaw. The best thing to do is what you mentioned, swap them out with black and keep the originals minty.

Enjoy your new axe!

I took her to rehearsal today, and the bass player, which is a HUGE musician, considers that it sounds better than the jem7v .......Interesting....
And I´m already getting use to the neck...
Not to mention how the whammy harmonics sound

Yep, I´m definately happy with this purchase...

I bought a 6" metal ruler at Home Depot that works well.

Hi Jullio,

You may have to find some type of photo hosting company, like photopoint.com for example, upload them and then attach the link to your post.

Hurry!

Hi Julio,

Great pics! You did an excellent job of capturing the different hues that the finish has...nice work.

I was also admiring the good company that your 90th keeps...nice 7VWH.

Thanks for sharing.
