WHAT?!?!? You mean the new JS ISN'T an elaborantly graphically painted guitar, with a NEW 24 fret neck with some outrageous inlays and equipped with a sustainer??

While the JS7 would have been a dream come true, why are people complaining? AND what WERE you expecting?

Its got a matching headstock, KILLER color, AND a newly designed pickup, and people are COMPLAINING?!?

Anybody that has thorough knowledge of Satch and his signature line, and I'm not saying I do, probably sees this new model as no SURPISE, but a nice addition!

Joe uses the EDGE still, doesn't have the AANJ and never will, LIKES his abalone dot inlays. He's a traditionalist, and what people here need to stop and realize is HE IS NOT VAI!

NICE guitar, I'm intrigued, and if anybody can convince me the new trem is just as good as the LoPro and Edge, I'll be getting one!

*thanks DONE*

nothing overly traditional with the js2ch, js10th, js3, js4 js5 and js2k.
Vai he may not be, but his line has produced some of the funkiest and most sort after designed ibanez guitars ever made, and this i'm afraid is not one of them. thats all. oh, and i'm not complaining, i'm just disapointed at IMHO an oportunity missed.
I still like the look of it and it may well sell a little better then the BP though possibly not as well at the BTB.

JS (Satriani Model) Ibanez Guitars

Hi, I'm new on the forum, great place!

I've found a site where there are two pages full of 1200CA pictures!
MODERATORS:Maybe this is a stupid question but, is it allowed for me to give details of this site here on the forum?

Peace.

There are tons of pics of Joe's online from the G3 tour, don't expect it to be exactly the same, after all Joe's has an Edge on it

They're on the JSSite.

Go to the news section, news item dated 10/11/03. Click the link and go-to pages 6 & 7. Great pictures of Joe playing the CA.

My opinion, it's turned a somewhat boring looking axe into something that looks like it would give you inspiration when you pick it up, thats what its all about right?!

Peace.

It's more seafoam green like the Maxxas, probably a test color he got but not for the public.
