JS neck stats for custom neck - JS neck stats for custom nec

Hey Jemsite readers, I am in the process of making a custom neck with the JS fingerboard radius and frets. But i need to know if the JS neck uses a compound radius or not. If so, what is the radius from the nut to the 22nd fret?? my goal is to get a nice low action but yet be able to bend strings without choking any notes on the upper frets.

Does the fingerboard have to be the right radius or can i just radius the frets after installing them?? For example, if the radius is supposed to be 9", and the only available fingerboard i can find is a 10".....can i get by with radiusing just the frets to 9"? Or do i have to radius the fingerboard to 9" also?

Lastly, what kind and size of fretwire is used on the JS necks....and are there different sizes/heights used throughout the board, or is it all one size??

Any help or info would be appreciated!!

I forgot to ask, what kind of truss rod is in the Js neck?? Is it a curved or straight line rod?
