JS1 - how much to ask?

A little advice please, folks - I've a black JS1 that I bought when I was about 18, about twelve years ago. It's in reasonable shape for a well loved and well played guitar, no chips or anything but a few very minor indentations and the black metal locking gizmos on the trem could probably stand to be buffed. If I were to keep it, I might have the back of the neck refinished.

The fun part is the serial number, which is 0002xx. I'm going to assume the adds to the value. Here's the score - I've a fetish for the post-2000 "olympic white" deluxe American strats with maple fingerboards, and I want to go buy one and have some kickass Lindy Fralin pickups put in it (but I digress...). What's a reasonable asking price for my guitar? Or should I just put it in the wardrobe and forget about it for another ten years, and check the value then?

Thanks for your time,

Alex
