JS100 and JS1000 Body..The same?

Besides all the electronics, and the neck, hardware

Do these 2 models share the same exact body?

I was just wondering if I can take my JS1000 electronics, neck, hardware Etc and swap them over onto a JS100 body incase something would ever happen to my JS1000 body.

Trem cavities are different. They are routed for the specific trem going in the guitar. And the quality of the wood and craftsmanship are "suppose" to be different.

It's so pointless to be that precious about guitars. Why did you bother buying the JS1000 in the first place!?!?! 'Cause it plays nice I'm guessing. So changing it all over would be entirely disingenuous, and you'd be left with a pointless JS1000 body hanging around and gathering dust. I say just enjoy your gorgeous guitar!

+1

it's not like they're rare...if something happens to a js1000, just get another one. in fact, instead of wasting money on a js100 and trying to do some crazy mod to it, just buy a 2nd js1000 if you're (original poster) that worried about it.
