It's a LO-TRS II. This bridge is inferior to the Edge/Lo-Pro. Its knife-edges are not as sharp as the Edge/Lo-Pro, so it doesn't move as smoothly.

Ok, the trem isn't junk. But you could have dull knives.

I'd check to be sure the strings are totally stretched before locking the unit down. That's the #1 cause of tuning instability.

If it's not that, check your setup. Most of these guitars are not setup that well from the dealer/factory, and NO locking trem will hold tune if it isn't set up properly.

The TRS has a bevel, but not really knives, they can be dull, but you can't bring them to as sharp a point as an edge have, they aren't hardened steel like the edge.
The TRS is just not a trem that will center that well. Having said that, if it's just out of tune like the entire thing going flat or sharp, it's trem, if your guitar is going badly out of tune with itself, be sure your lock nut is tight, and is also tightly bolted to the guitar.

It IS possible to make a TRS trem hold tune... How new is it? have you just not stretched out the strings entirely yet? that's probably the biggest problem with floating trem tuning stability, new strings...

Mine had the same problem. I think I had to shimmy the neck and tighten the springs - something like that.
I cannot remember too clearly though.
