JS1000 floor model for 700?good deal

Ok I went to guitar center to buy a js100 but it wasnt in stock, the guy said that he would sell me a js1000 floor model for the same price, cause they are discontinuing it for a new model with small changes. Is this a good price, its in good condition.

Well...you can get a brand new Black Pearl JS1000 from Guitar Center's online counterpart for less than $700, AND you can get free shipping and avoid having to pay tax. The only real "changes" on the 2003 models will be the new Edge Pro tremolo and that white will no longer be offered as a color choice.

If they drop $50+ off of the $700 price, and throw in a case, it'd be a fair deal

If you're at the GC in Larchmont, talk to Rob Jack and tell him Kenny Friedman said he might be able to hook you up. He's a manager there and a good guy (and a m-f-er of a bass player).

Please send him my regards as well. Tell him i love him.

Ok Kenny...no need to get all squishy. You could probably say it yourself with a nice bouquet of seasonal wildflowers.
