JS1000 or 1200?

Hey all,

looking at getting either one of those models, love both colours so does that pickup make all the difference or would it be best going for the cheaper model?

thanks

They have diff body woods also. 1000 being basswood and 1200 being alder.

Re: JS1000 or 1200?

aye but was looking to get off rich and he no stock =(

dont wanna go at the guitar either myself (baby steps for about a year when i get it) just in case i cause some damage that i'll kick myself for ever for.

can go the cheap way and get from france which will set me back about £800 IF the euro decides to stop playing hardball and fall against sterling...

or not get the blue (which i really quite like) and get from rich red/black.

hate making these decisions on my own....... ;P

The JS BTB is a sweet looking guitar. It's so beautiful when you see it with your own eyes instead of pictures. Got mine from Rich a few years ago and I'll never let go of it. If you get a chance to get one grab it. IMHO.

Re: JS1000 or 1200?

ye i was thinking that - only problem i dont think they get the BTB finish in america so in that respect i'm buggered for getting from rich, even though that would seem to be the 'safest' long term option.

balls.

EDIT - there was a reply from PaulR but for some reason its only showing up when i respond?

LOL! Poor kitty. Can't let the thing die. It's the one on the right of the other children. Looks better in person though.

Re: JS1000 or 1200?

I like the 1200 for the Red color. However, the BTB is unique which I like. It's all opinion though. Either one is nice.
