Re: JS1000 or JS1200? ready to buy.

I guess if you don't need the extra frets then not a big deal. I'm not up on JS models being a PGM fan. Is the only difference between the 1000 and 1200 the color?

from what i know the only difference in the color and the neck pickup. the 1000 has a PAF PRO and the 1200 a PAF JOE. both bridge pickups are the FRED.

One thing that most people don't see if that really for the price Rich asks for his with full platinum setup was just barely more than buying it from an online shop. So essentially the price of the guitar + tax (if you bought in store) it was more expensive than the full shooting match and shipped from Rich. Seriously in my eyes its a no brainer. It does take a hair longer from Rich, but its well worth the wait.

i couldnt agree with you more. yes sweetwater was going to finace it for me or do flex pay and with them i could get it now. but after talking with rich and hearing all the good things everyone says i have no problem waiting 2 more months do get it good and right. and yea the pricing with rich cant be beat and with a full platnum set up. and like you said a "no brainer". ill wait a bit and get the BEST.
