JS1000 pickup height - how close would YOU recommend?

I was curious if anyone has ever altered the pickup height of their JS1000 since getting it from the "factory"? *I was thinking about experimenting, but wanted to get some input from you guys first!! *Thanks! *Later...

Hey!

yeah, I altered mine on all my guitars. *For the JS10th, I got them as close as possible, makes it feed better I think.
the Js1000 I lowered the PAFPRO so it's flat with the body, and the fred is medium height... *I think the Pafpro can get muddy easily. The JS1.. I lowered both pafpro and fred...it's a very tight sounding guitar.

just experiment with it.
