JS1000BTB

Can someone tell me why the BTB is not sold in the US? For a super cool blue finish, I don't understand why Ibanez didn't decide to sell it worldwide instead of just selling it in europe and japan.

Re: JS1000BTB

I don't know, I just went on the Korean Ibanez site and they had the JS1000BTB on the JS page instead of a JS1000BP on the U.S. page. It's a bummer, because the BTB is pretty cool looking.

Re: JS1000BTB

Probably because it doesn't sell good enough. If you want one you can still order one from overseas? That's of course always possible.

Re: JS1000BTB

We should be able to at least order them through our dealer so Ibanez can ship it to them.

Oh, wait a minute. I think I read your post wrong there. You're saying you are able to do that. Woops, my bad.

Don't I wish..... Especially since I got a thing for blue colored guitars. Maybe we should start a "tell us why do you hate the JS line" and post it on joe's site, LOL

So you guys can't order a guitar, which isn't on the website of your country? That's strange. I mean, can't you just go to a dealer and ask if they order the guitar for you? I bet I could. I'd ask my local dealer first, I were you guys before I bought a second hand guitar.

Thanks, dude. This has to have been the first time I've seen Joe with a BTB.

By the way, do you guys agree with me, when I say that I think Joe always look like he hasn't slept in two days in all the 'on the road' pictures?

Re: JS1000BTB

It's the lack of hair factor. They got some stuff at clinique that will fix that chit. Maybe we should all buy him a box of that for his b-day.

Jimmy

P.S.: Myst, In the US, Ibanez dealers won't order guitars that are sold overseas. Why they can't do it? It beats the hell out of me. That's another thing that Ibanez should facilitate for its customers worldwide. How is it that a guitar in a different color is offered in one part of the world but it's not offered in another? You shoud at least be able to go to your dealer, fill out an order form, prepay for the damn thing and get it ordered.

That blows. I think they can do it out here, but I'm not sure.

Re: JS1000BTB

Probably better for me to get one from US and have it shipped...I bought my BTB for £950...a mate just bought a JS1000BP from US and cost £650 plus about £80 shipping. Now imagine i asked someone in UK to order me one...they are going to want their slice of the pie too and bump it up to similar to whay I paid for my BTB or more (my deal was actually quite good for the UK). So i think like my mate Farl who just got his BP yesterday i will go the US route and order it myself.

Re: JS1000BTB

my opinion is the opposite, in the UK we have the BTB, its an awsome guitar in its own right, but for me it just doesn't look at all nice, i want a bp and pesterin parents about getting one from rich.
Can he fit a different trem if u ask him to?
