Couldn't put it off any longer! It's gonna take several months for the bank balance to heal but it had to be done! I just hope it's going to be in mint condition!

Re: JS1200 CA Ordered
I bought mine second hand and it was like new, not a mark on it. A real beauty, hope yours arrives in the same condition.
Incidently I sold mine on after a short period, it was really nice but I had too many and it was the most re-saleable, I kind of miss it though. Like all the
Ibanez guitars
i've had, and then let go. But when you're on a limited budget with a small house sacrifices have to be made.
Congratulations on a fine purchase BTW!!

Good choice on the 1200, way classier than the BTB, and holds the re-sale value much better than the BTB, also as far as I can ascertain, the BTB was never used by the man himself.
Where did you order the 1200 from?

Re: JS1200 CA Ordered
Mission1979 - yup very nice, shame you had to let it go. I know what you mean about getting too many and being sensible cash wise, when this arrives i'll have the 3 guitars I want, the Jem7vh, the JS1200 and my 20th RG550, thats gonna be my lot I think, unless something really stands out (and i can justify buying and not for a while anyway). Also got a 350 made to look like my 550 in black (which is redundant now and I should look into selling the 350, but I'm not sure where best to sell it) and i have my old ex370 i got when i was 19, still love the neck on that guitar.
I see you got a JS strap, uncanny, that is the one i plan on buying for it too, well has to be the red strap guitar for that one really
Chris - I ordered it from playrecord.net for £1049, I bought my Jem from there a year ago so feel a bit more comfy that they were reliable.

It is too bad we don't have the option of buying a new BTB (BSB?) anymore. The red is NIIICE and I'm putting this on my list to consider for this year over a Deluxe HSS Strat
