JS20S help

Well guys my new JS20s finally came in today a dream come true. but when the guitar came in it did not come with a case unless i read the Ibanez web site wrong it is supposed to come with one but the shop i bought it from said it did not come with one.
Can someone shine some light on this for me. also if i read Ibanez web site right the case cannot be purchased separately.

Since it's a non catalog model I can't just look at the price list and say yes or no. Typically anything not Japanese does not come with a case, and from what I've seen out there for sale it seems likely even though these were anniversary's, they only came with a case if they were ordered with one. They should come with the strap though.

Yes sir i sure did from a great local shop im going to talk to them on monday about ordering a case for it.

Well i went to my local shop and i can not say enough about their service the owner George had already inquired about the case for it and yes it does come with one very long story and the case is now on its way.
i hope this doe not get me in trouble but if you are ever in Phoenix or you live here you owe it to yourself to stop in and see George at Raptor Guitars.

Yes I live in the valley! Where is Raptor guitars? East side? I'm glad you got the case issue resolved, BTW I was going to say if it was a shop I know maybe I could give you a heads up on who to talk to, but I've never been there... I must be out of the loop these days...
