JS2K-PLT Tone Question

I've always been curious...what's a JS Crystal Planet sound like? Surely that acrylic body has to make it sound pretty different than other JS models.

Can anyone who owns one describe the tone?

I hear they're heavy mothers, too--Les Paul territory. Does the density of that body affect tone/sustain? It must.

I've never really compared the tone of it against my regular JS1000. I may pull it out tomorrow and do a comparison video just for giggles. They are pretty heavy and I even had a guy years ago dropping his jaw because he assured me that it felt heavier than his beloved LP Custom.

Yeah it would be cool to hear the tone, not often you see ppl play one of them. I never tried it but did try out the acrylic jem and damn that was a heavy guitar, so i belive they are all.
