Js2prm

I was wondering if they would be out before NAMM 2006. Is there an anticipated delivery date for the JS2PRM? Has anyone taken delivery?

I think Rich had one, but I could be wrong.

Re: Js2prm

HUSA rejected the first 20 they received and sent them back. They're talking about October now but that seems far too optimistic.

Based on the quality of the 10ths that were sold....these must've been horrendous.....

Re: Js2prm

Spoke with Hoshino this past Friday, they have begun shipping. Also, they confirmed that they are not numbered....two schools of thought 1) they are making less than 60 because they had trouble with the process or 2) they are making more than 60. Only time will tell....

Re: Js2prm

If they're not numbered then they're making more than 60. There was a blurb I saw somewhere about them estimating making 100-150, I blew it off at the time because, they're only making 60, right?

Sounds like they would keep the necks and hardware, I cant see any logical reason why not too.

Re: Js2prm

If Ibanez make more than 60 it is a disgrace.

I thought these were meant to be collector pieces, that's how people have justified paying the expensive price tag.

If they produce more than 60 does anybody think Ibanez will reduce the price tag to reflect the reduced rarity factor?

What I was thinking was that the limited number was increased from 60 to 80.

The Hoshino rep I spoke to confrimed that only 35 were coming to the states.

Re: Js2prm

i heard the words 'lowering prices' have been banned at ibanez lowering prices seems very unlikly on the JS2PRM simply because there are only 60, and they will sell very fast.
