JS6 - Latest addition

I've been looking for one in a while and sometimes you do get pretty good deals on evilbay.

Ah, my first JS - non trem, natural finish, just the way I wanted - simple and clean. *Just spoke to the seller and it's going out today.

Now I have to retake the family portrait

Darn, my G.A.S. is coming back.... ARRRGH!

I'm sorry...I couldn't resist #086! *It was a long shot that ended up working out...I guess asking nicely DOES work sometimes! * *Just gotta figure out what I'm gonna do with another JS10th...if it's MINT, I might sell it. *But...if it's got any wear, I just got me a new "player!" *

How? *Well...pure luck! *Nothing more, nothing less. *Basically, I just sent the guy a really nice e-mail and asked if he'd possibly consider ending his auction early. *He e-mailed back with his phone #, so I gave him a call. *REALLY nice guy at a store in Mass. *Said they got the guitar on a trade and really didn't have much interest in keeping it around. *I asked about condition, etc. and he said that as far as he could see, it looked brand new and mint in every way. *So...I charged it, and he shipped it out yesterday! *Very pleasant, very smooth...just can't wait to get it! * I'm honestly expecting it to have some minor play wear, but...I'm not going to complain! *If it's REALLY played, I'll keep it and make it my main player axe. *If it really IS mint....then it just might end up back on EBay, unless a great trade offer comes along. *About all I REALLY want is a JEM10th, or a nice PRS Hollowbody. *Maybe even an EB/MM EVH. *But...I'm not in too big of a hurry. *

Just goes to show...every dog DOES have it's day!

I got my JS for a mere $300 and I snatched it right away, 'cus I know once Rich sees it, it'll be gone in 60 seconds.

But...

$810 for a chromeboy Chris you will make a lot of people jealous in this forum. *I was going to bid on that but I don't have $800 to spend at this time.

Congrats!

Had, personally I hate hardtails, but I've been looking for a clean one for a client, and $300 it doesn't matter what condition it's in, almost

Hey Chromeboy!

Sorry, but...I've already gotten offers over the $2000 mark. *Honestly, I think I'll probably hang onto it and actually PLAY this one! *It's been torture leaving #008 alone for the last 4 years or so. * *(Plus...I couldn't sleep at night selling a JS10 for $1200!)

Thanks though!
