JS700

I know a guy selling a JS700? Anyone have one? The guy is selling it for about $250 (I think that's what he said, waiting to hear back). I'm thinking about buying it, there's only one thing wrong with it, something wierd, waiting to see pics, but I don't think it was anything major. Still pissed about the last guitar I was SUPPOSED to get - custom Ibanez RG550 - $200 and I could have picked it up, but he decided to keep it after about 4 weeks of emails...

Re: JS700

If it has a JS Custom inlay on the neck, it's MIJ.

Re: JS700

I thought the JS700 was MIJ. Nice guitars I always thought, but if there are major problems with it, then i'd pass on it.

Re: JS700

I have a jap model....decent guitar tho i plan to do a fair amount of modding to it.

If you realy dig the p-90 bluesy tone then they are a great buy for that.

I got mine simply coz it was the best way for me to cheaply get hold of a p-90 guitar i would feel happy playing.

Re: JS700

If it's MIJ, get it. Stunning guitar. I got a JS6000 and the mahogany body is just the right thing for me. If it's MIK you might try it and then talk about the price.

Re: JS700

I was kinda hoping to get the JS700, but he said someone made an offer before I did. I think he said the problem was something minor with one of the tuners, still, would have been worth it.

Gilk420 - that's a pretty nice Jem.
