I wanted to get it from Rich but I was too late in the game. Sorry Rich, next time I'll know.. I will need a 7 string anyways so I'll let you know when I'm ready for a Universe
All I can say on the JS is WOW! What a beauty. It's true the web pictures dont' do it justice.. you have to see it in person. The finish is just aweome. The chrome components add a very nice touch. I haven't played it yet since I'm still at work.. I just got back from the shop. So guess how much sleep I'm going to have tonight...?
The HS case is very well done as well, the axe fits in tightly so there's no chance for the guitar to move inside it. All in all, I'm very happy so far.
I found also true about the poor manufacture setup. I like my action fairly low so I'll need to have it fine-tuned. The
pickup height doesn't look right either. I guess 'll go through the manual that came with it and see what I can do myself. It's my first time with an Edge Pro too so I don't want to mess with it.
