Just got the JS1200
I was lucky to get one of the first JS1200's in the states. I must say the red is pretty amazing. Very Candy Apple. The Ibanez site really does not show the red well. If you have one the JS1000's though, your not missing much. It's basiclly the same guitar. Not to say it's not sweet though.
Has anyone else on the board purchased a 1200 yet?
Thanks, Scott

Sweet guitar. I
really
wish they had put either gold hardware or a silver logo on that.

Yea, I agree. The gold doesn't quite make it with the
chrome hardware
. I'm not sure I like the red headstock either, maybe make it black with the silver logo.

I love the matching headstock. I can't imagine paying that much for a guitar and getting an off-the-rack
black headstock
.

I see your point, but when you look at the guitar as a whole, it's a lot of red.

but it's a very good "lots of red". I agree they needed to do a silver logo and do away with the gold, for one the gold doesn't look all that great with all the chrome or with the red for that matter.

I really like matching headstocks. I wish my white js1000 had a white headstock....

Either that or a white logo. But the red looks great in those pics. Very vibrant. Congrats! JS's rock. (I have 2
fixed bridge
JSs myself)
