Neck Shapes - Radius, Saber, S Series

Which of the aforementioned has the closest to a JS neck shape?

TIA

Radius, without a doubt. *I've owned them all.

Jeez, a guy can't even catch a little shut eye around here!

The Radius will be closer in dimension, but *neither* of them are at all like a JS in profile.

I have neve played a Radius or a S Series but I did own a Saber back in 1992 and it felt nothing like the JS neck. There is a difference between the JS1 neck and the JS1000 neck so maybe the Radius neck compares better to one than the other?

The newer (1997 and later) JS1000 has a compound or conical radius to the fretboard. *The older 1000s were like the JS1, and had a rounder radius than a..ahem... Radius. *The Radius guitar had the standard Ibanez 430mm, the JS had a rounder 250mm.

Details at
http://jemsite.com/axes/htm_features/det_nk.htm

The Radius guitar had an "ultra" neck.

And IIRC, the JS models have narrower (and real Dunlop!) fretwire.
