I'm in the middle of recording a song so any help will be good:
(and pardon my english!): My push
pull coil tap switch (whatever) on the tone pot just broke in a really strange way! The nut that gets screwed(?) and holds the pot against the body (you know, when you lift it you can see it below the knob itself) broke! I mean, the metal litterally broke i've never seen such a thing! Any way, i need to push the knob out of the pot so that i can replace the nut (screw whatever) .. i've tried pushing the knob but it won't come out and i'm afraid to break it if i pull too hard! How do i separate the knob from the pot itself? HELP!!!
