Did a quick mockup, neck is not tightened as I need to sand the finish out of the neck holes, not deceided on pickups yet, just a couple out of the parts bucket, any suggestions for mahogany?

I think that looks absolutely amazing.
How about an SD Duncan Custom in the bridge and an SD Jazz in the neck? That would be pretty versatile. Also, the combo of the Duncan Custom and a mahogony body, would probably be pretty powerful.
