Thanks Guys!

I been searching for a guitar like this for a while going thru strats, some esp's rg's which are great but right when I put the Satch in my hands I knew I found what I have been looking for, than I started to play her it was effortless and tons of tones, harmonics and VERY diverse and it seemed like it was a very well put together guitar nothing cheap about it than to top it off she is absoulety goregous!I know I just bought her and Iam in the honeymoon but she really inspires me to play...

hey guitardude congrats on your new js1200, i'm also getting one soon (i have my fingers crossed) anyway i was playin her last saturday and i notice that the knobs are way too soft, loose but you cant get them off even if you pull them hard... so my question is does yours came like that or all Js are alike in that feature? if it is one?

Re: New Js1200 owner!!

i just setup a friend of mine's last night, and as i was working on it i couldn't believe how nice, cool and well built it is. the only thing is the strings aren't perfectly arched at the bridge, especially the low-E and A strings, there's kind of a "jump" between them. nothing that a shim can't fix. all the rest is just flawless. i also noticed they have re-designed the TopLok III, and now the strings are perfectly arched at the nut. nice shot Ibanez!
