Are you kidding me? Get the one with Edge-Pro II. I mean I wouldn't get a JS100 in the first place but having to choose between those two, you are far better off with the newer model.

The Lo TRS is really cheap. Just go for the Pro Edge II !

The Edge Pro II is basically a more cheaply produced version of the Edge Pro and generally feels very similar in use to its big brother, and the other Edge bridges, while the TRS is entirely different from the Edge and Lo Pro Edges used on Ibanez guitars until 2003. Go for the Edge Pro II version of the guitar, it goes a long way toward remedying the problems of the JS100 and Jem 555.

The molds for the Edge Pro II were made in Japan, and quite well I might add. The Lo-TRS II was entirely molded and manufactured in Korea, and has serious issues with the type and quality of metal used. The EPII has better metals used in all the right places. No question.
