Original Edge trem on JS1 question

Since the JS has a rounder radius. Were the Edge trems on
the JS1's shimed or was the radius built in just for that model.

Re: Original Edge trem on JS1 question

All trems on the JS's were always shimmed on some of the saddles. It wouldn't be cost effective for Ibanez to mass produce a special version of any given tremolo (Edge, Lo-Pro, Edge-Pro) just to make it work with the radius of the JS.
