Pics of my recently achieved JS1000BTB

Hi folks, here some pics of the BTB I bought some weeks ago <shine >.
I'm really used to the flat fretboard on my RG570, so I still have to get a little used to this rounder one.

andy7jem : 2001 as far as I could tell from the serial and other stuff. But in real mint condition. Bought from someone who got it as a present (duuhuhuuuh waaaa...) in the hope the lucky guy would pick up guitar playing again after 30 years, but he didn't. only tried for an hour or two and since she has been in her case, waiting for meeee



However... don't know what the number on the neckjoint means.

Still have to set it up more thoroughly. The setup wasn't touched, so I got it the way it came from a non-Rich-a-like shop, like crap ! A quick start off setup made it a lot better already but action is higher than my RG, a much more burned in guitar, but not a prestige. Sooo, still work to do JS-experienced... expect threads hehe

It's really a very different guitar compared to my RG570 (EMG81). The difference is bigger than I expected.

I was thinking she was older coz of the trem, but she looks untouched. Your story explains that though!! That is a fantastic find!
