Price for a 2nd hand JS100?

hihi!

Ive gotta sell my JS100 (I installed the PAF joe and Fred), and im wondering how much is a good price to ask.

At the moment ive asked for $1000 Australian, (thats like 750 US I think), but is that a fair price to pay? The guitar is in good condition, ive cleaned the neck each week with lemon oil, and it comes with a hardcase.

Thoughts? :P

Best to try and check out the Australian s/hand market, as no one from outside Aus will probably pay the prices you might be expecting, as everything seems very expensive for you guys over there

In the UK they go for around £350 s/hand I think.

Yeah thats usually what they go for. Sometimes slightly cheaper if there are alot of them around at the time. It may work out cheaper for you to buy from the US or UK and get it shipped over to Oz. As Andelusion said before, stuff does seem to be stupidly expensive in Oz.

UK would be between £250-300 definitely. I've also seen them finish at £199 before with no bidders.

(BTW, that isn't to say you shouldn't try to get £300+ for it, it's just a case of waiting for a decent buyer to show up.)
