If you are referring to the white one that is not a JS100. It can be clearly seen that the bridge is and edge and the pickups are dimarzio.

As for the graphic js it to is equipped with a js and dimarzio.

No...it's not the white guitar

It's the multi-colored guitar...the name tag @ the 21st fret is clearly evident in several photos

The multicolored one ain't a 100, too.

There were 1000s in the mid-late 90s with a 'JS Custom'-Inlay.

Darren has it right. Hoshino had it painted by the guy that did the S540JAPAN and gave it to him as a gift. The plaque is the standard "JS CUSTOM" plaque used on all 94' to 97' JS1000's.

I stand corrected...when you're wrong, you're wrong...it was fun while it lasted...the last thing I wanted to do was mislead...I've never seen one of the 1000's to which you folks have referred - at least, not that I remember

There's lots of reasons you guys are the "experts"
