Question

removing a spring?


Would removing a spring on my js100 make the strings feel more lose or
(buttery) wen bending? B'cuz its is very uncomforable for soloing...

If you have 3 springs and you remove it to leave 2 then I think that your trem angle will be way off, but I think it depends on the gauge of strings you have. If you have 4 and you remove it to leave 3, that will work just tighten them up from the back, but again that depends on what gauge strings you use.

you can remove one so you are down to 2 springs but as Cozi101 said the trem will pull up. you can then tightin the claw screw's which will then ajust the angle of the trem.the trem will be more easy to bend now..
